To ensure administrative efficiency, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Congress Secretariat. Refunds will be processed based on the date the request is received:

TWD 1500 administrative fee will be deducted.
50% of the total registration fee will be refunded.
No cancellations accepted and no refunds provided.
Please include your “Full Name,” “Registration ID,” and “Bank Account Details” in your cancellation email. Any bank charges, credit card transaction fees, or overseas remittance fees incurred during the refund process shall be borne by the applicant. All approved refunds will be processed within one month after the conclusion of the congress.
